As the 16th President, Rodrigo Rua Duterte already have his official seat in the Presidency. Number of drug users and pushers surrendering to the police and barangay officials gets higher. According to the majority interviewed by the media, it's the Fear of Duterte that drives them to change. As observed as well, prior to Duterte's Official Presidency Proclamation, many reports already had been heard. Latest as for Duterte's First Day, hundreds of drug users and pushers in Cebu City surrender themselves and volunteer te be rehabilitated.
