System Bug of PCOS Machine- "Wala pang aksyon?"
It's been circulating on the sociable-medias now that there are numerous complains about the PCOS Machines' Functions.
On the recent Q&A hosted by Rapper, there were functions being removed by the COMELEC way back years ago. (See this below video for details)
There are facebook, instagram and twitter posts being captured for the invalidation of the PCOS Machine systems but confirmed, no actions being made yet by the authorized. Furthermore, Maria Ressa- A Filipino Write and CEO of Rappler twitted that it has been confirmed that Votes for Duterte went to Roxas.
Also a post from Facebook Page of Cong. Karl Nograles, he stated the same instance scenario being observed upon testing on their location.
A video was being posted for the actual happenings by an OFW in Hongkong. She asked why is that the reflection of the votes upon her choice appear to be different on the receipt. The authorized responded only that "They have nothing to do with that, only they will coordinate it to the COMELEC". See below for yourself.
